Jelly Belly Library Update

In 2023, I initiated an overhaul of the +400 jelly bean assets within the Jelly Belly library.

After undertaking the responsibility of creating new jelly bean assets through Blender, a process perfected in 2019 by one of my coworkers before her departure from the company, I realized that older jelly bean assets did not appear consistent next to the new asset style.

Consistency was achieved mostly through adjusting texture, color, lighting, and clipping masks in Adobe Photoshop. There were some specific flavors, like the Valentine’s Conversation Hearts and Sugar-Free jelly beans, that required new 3D assets made because of the extent of edits needed.
